Ms. Lindsay Green-Noble
(She/Her/Hers)
Lindsay is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), practicing under clinical supervision.
Lindsay believes that the most powerful catalyst for change is feeling truly seen and understood. She created her practice out of a deep commitment to offering a space where clients can slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with themselves and the people they love.
She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, somatic approaches, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. For couples, Lindsay draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method to help partners rebuild connection, deepen understanding, and navigate conflict with care.
Lindsay is committed to creating a space where every client feels safe, respected, and affirmed exactly as they are. Her practice is rooted in anti-oppressive and anti-racist values, and a deep belief that we are shaped not only by our inner worlds, but by the systems, communities, and structures we live within. Healing, in her view, means exploring both the inner and outer systems.
In sessions, clients can expect a space that is warm, honest, and non-judgmental, where difficult conversations are welcomed, and growth feels possible.
